- Candidates are required to complete graduation from any recognised university in India in BA, BSc, B.Com etc.
- Applicants should have at least 2 to 3 year experience in backend operations, customer service, or a related role.
- Expertise in Excel, email communication, and workflow management.
- Prior experience in non-voice or blended processes.
- The candidate should locate in Noida as candidate will be recruited in Noida location.
- The candidate should able to work in the shift of 5:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. in Noida to work in Wipro

Company will follow the following procedure to recruit the applicant for the post of Backend operations in this recruitment procedure:
