Yeida Plot Scheme 2024: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has announced the introduction of a new residential plot scheme coinciding with the Diwali festival. This initiative includes the sale of 821 plots located in Sectors 18 and 24A, in proximity to the newly constructed Noida International Airport. YEIDA officials have indicated that this scheme prioritizes smaller plot sizes to cater to the growing demand. In a previous residential plot offering in September, YEIDA received an overwhelming response, with over 200,000 applications submitted for just 361 plots near the airport site. This new scheme aims to provide a diverse range of plot sizes in Sectors 18 and 24A, thereby addressing the significant demand for residential properties in the rapidly developing airport vicinity.

The YEIDA Plot Scheme, located in proximity to the Noida Airport, is now open for applications from Indian citizens, allowing them to acquire plots at competitive prices. The Yeida Plot Scheme 2024 application window commenced on October 31, 2024, and will remain open until November 30, 2024. The draw for the allocation of plots is scheduled for December 27, 2024. Following the release of the brochure detailing 821 available plots, the authorities have received favorable feedback from the public. The designated areas for this initiative are Sectors 18 and 24A, strategically positioned near the upcoming Noida International Airport.

Deadline of this Yeida Plot Scheme 2024

• Applications for the YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024 must be submitted by November 30, 2024. 
• The scheme started on October 31, 2024, coinciding with Diwali. 
• A draw will take place on December 27 to reveal the winners. 
• Available plots include sizes of 120, 162, and 200 square metres. 
• For the first time, 250 square metre plots are also available in this scheme. 

Category Wise Yeida Plot Scheme Eligibility

General category

• Buyers must be at least 18 years old and have a valid partnership contract if applicable.
• All Indian citizens and Non-Resident Indians can apply, provided they are not restricted by the Government of India or U.P. Government from buying property in U.P.
• Each eligible citizen can apply for only one plot in any category under this scheme.
• Individuals who have already received residential plots or flats in other schemes cannot apply for this one.
• If a buyer’s immediate family members (wife, children, or parents) already own a plot under this scheme, the entire payment will be forfeited.
• Applications can be made in joint names only for immediate family members, with proof of relationship required.
• Both the applicant and their spouse can apply for the Yeida Plot Scheme 2024.
• In case both receive same plots, one must be surrendered within one month of the allotment date.
• Proof of family relationship is necessary for joint applications.
• The Yeida Plot Scheme 2024 is designed to ensure fair distribution among eligible citizens.

For Reserved Category

• Buyers of the plots need to be at least 18 years old and have a valid partnership contract if applicable. 
• Eligibility is limited to citizens who are part of industrial establishments or hold specific positions like Managing Director, Proprietor, or Trustee. 
• Co-tenure holders of land acquired by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority or in Jewar 6 Airport can also apply. 
• Applicants must not have received any residential plot or flat from previous Authority schemes. 
• All eligibility criteria must be met to qualify for purchasing the plots.

Where the plots are available?

• Plots are available for sale in Sector 24A and Sector 18. 
• Sector 24A has 344 plots, while Blocks 9A and 9B in Sector 18 offer 477 plots. 
• YEIDA CEO Arun Veer Singh noted high demand for residential plots near the airport, prompting this new scheme.

Yeida Plot Scheme Payment and Allotment

• Citizens wishing to buy a plot must make all payments online at the Yamuna Authority website, www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com, or through the Online Property accounts system.
• Offline payments are not allowed. 
• The allotment of plots will occur through a lottery system, where plot numbers are drawn randomly. 
• Each category will have its own separate draw for allotment.

How to apply for to get a slot of Yeida Plot Scheme 2024?

• Citizens interested in the YEIDA 821 Residential Plot Scheme must apply online through the Yamuna authority’s website.
• Applications can be submitted using a payment gateway or net banking.
• The application form is available on the official website for a fee of INR 600.
• After obtaining the form, applicants need to fill it out and sign it.
• Required registration money and necessary documents must be submitted online.
• Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
• This includes missing information, unpasted photos, or incorrect addresses.
• Applications must also have a signature or thumb impression on the declaration.
• Financing options are available through ICICI Bank, Bank of Baroda, State Bank of India, and HDFC Bank Ltd.
• Applicants have to fulfill the financing bank’s terms and conditions.
